Gambatesa rappresenta anche un piccolo scrigno di patrimoni immateriali a cui si ricollegano alcuni eventi che rivestono importanza anche a livello extra-regionale.
In ordine di importanza, è da citare in primo luogo la forte vocazione musicale del territorio testimoniata da una amplissima diffusione della pratica strumentale e canora tra la popolazione di tutte le fasce d’età.
Dal 2023, infatti, si svolge il Festival di musica da camera che va sotto il nome di Vivacissimo Festival con un ricco programma di eventi musicali, workshop multidisciplinari dedicati alla musica, alla fotografia e all’arte. Il Festival è patrocinato dalla University Mozarteum di Salisburgo e vede la partecipazione di un nutrito numero di musicisti provenienti da diverse nazioni (Corea del Sud, Francia, Libano, Spagna, Cina, Germania). Al Festival è abbinato il Progetto delle Residenze Artistiche: I musicisti soggiornano nel commune di Gambatesa durante tutto il periodo del festival e interagiscono con la comunità per trasmettere il valore della musica e attuare uno scambio culturale e artistico.
