The Church of San Sabino in Gildone is the town's parish church, of ancient origins and restored in 1690. It has a basilica plan with three naves and a façade with historical portals, including an ancient medieval portal. San Sabino is the patron saint of Gildone and his feast day is celebrated every year on 1 August with a solemn procession through the streets of the village, which is very popular with the community.
